Account deletion
Delete your Olympus Gods account and the data held under it.
Olympus Gods is a free game published by ZAAPTO LTD. The account can be deleted from inside the game in a few taps, or by email if the game is no longer on the phone.
In the game
Three steps, about ten seconds.
This works for a guest profile and for a profile signed in with Google or Facebook alike.
1. Open the settings
Start Olympus Gods and, in the lobby, tap the gear button at the top left.
2. Tap Delete data
The button is named Delete data in English and Borrar datos in Spanish. A message explains what is about to happen.
3. Confirm
Tap Delete data once more to confirm. Cancel leaves everything exactly as it was. After confirmation the game removes the account from the server and from the phone straight away, and opens again as a new guest profile with nothing carried over.

What to say
That you want your Olympus Gods account deleted, and which way you signed in: Google, Facebook or as a guest. Writing from the address of the Google account you used helps the request be matched.
How long it takes
A reply arrives inside two working days. The deletion itself is completed within one month of the request, and you are told when it is done.
What is removed
Everything held under the account.
Removal happens in the live database at the moment of deletion. Routine backups age out on their own cycle afterwards, as the privacy notice describes in section 23.
Account record
The coin balance, level, experience and daily bonus streak.
Rewards and progress
Every reward paid to the account, and the saved progress such as achievements, the album, missions and unlocked machines.
Game history
The record of spins played, and the signals the game sent about the account.
Linked sign-in
The Google or Facebook identifier linked to the account. The game never stores the name, email address or photo of a sign-in; a name is shown on screen for the moment and is not kept.
Sessions
The records that tie a phone to the account.
On the phone
The progress and settings the game keeps on the device are cleared by the same step. Uninstalling the game removes the rest.
What is not removed
Usage measurement is separate from the account.
The game sends basic usage measurement, such as that it was opened or that a level was reached, through Google Firebase. It is tied to an identifier of the installation on the phone rather than to the account record, so deleting the account does not reach it. Google keeps it for a limited period and then deletes it automatically. Clearing the game's data or uninstalling it starts a new installation identifier, which ends the link with what was sent before.

Cómo borrar tu cuenta de Olympus Gods.
Abre el juego, toca el botón del engranaje en el lobby, elige Borrar datos y confirma con Borrar datos otra vez. El juego elimina de inmediato la cuenta, las monedas, el progreso, el historial de jugadas y el inicio de sesión vinculado, tanto en el servidor como en el teléfono, y vuelve a abrirse como un perfil de invitado nuevo. Cancelar no borra nada.
Si ya no tienes el juego en el teléfono, escribe a [email protected] indicando si entraste con Google, con Facebook o como invitado. Respondemos en dos días hábiles y completamos el borrado en un máximo de un mes.
